Some model years are new paint. 2026 is not one of those years. Every cruiser in the lineup now carries a version of the Milwaukee-Eight 117, the touring family gained two Limited models riders have been requesting for years, and the Pan America finally ships from the factory wearing the kit owners used to bolt on themselves.

The Sport Side: Sportster S

First stop for the horsepower crowd. The Sportster S is the bike we point younger riders toward, and anyone who wants the acceleration feels above all else. The sales floor review is three words long: these bikes rip. It’s the modern, liquid-cooled end of the lineup, and the gateway a lot of new Harley riders walk through.

The Cruisers: One Engine Family, Very Different Personalities

Here’s the headline for 2026: every cruiser in the lineup now runs a Milwaukee-Eight 117, in Classic, Custom, or High Output tune depending on the bike. Same displacement, three different personalities.

Fat Boy and Breakout are the power cruisers, both planted on 240 rear tires. Big presence, big contact patch, fantastic for ripping around town.

The Heritage Classic Liberty Edition is new for 2026 and it’s the looker of the row: Liberty Edition emblem on the tank, red, white and blue stripes stitched into the seat, and a blue tint in the windshield. It’s part of Harley Davidson’s Enthusiast Collection celebrating the 250th anniversary of the USA, built on an exclusive Midnight Ember base colour with a liberty eagle on the tank. Be clear about what it is, though: the Liberty package is paint, trim and emblems on the Heritage you already know.

The Street Bob is the most affordable way into Big Twin, and for 2026 it carries the Milwaukee-Eight 117 Classic like the rest of the cruiser family. You get a choice of wheels: five-spoke cast, or laced, and the laced wheels hide a detail worth knowing: the spokes anchor to the outside of the rim, so they run tubeless. Classic vintage look, modern convenience, and the fork gaiters finish it off.

The Low Rider ST and Low Rider S are the performance pair. The ST in blood orange is the cruiser you can tour on: detachable saddlebags, inverted forks, a little sportier all around. The S in blue denim is the stripped-down version of the same idea. Both sit taller than the other cruisers, with more ground clearance, more suspension travel, and sportier dual-disc front brakes. Touring: The Year of the Limiteds

The Street Glide Limited is new for 2026, and it’s built for exactly what the name promises: crushing miles, two up. Revised Tour-Pak luggage, a new rear taillight treatment, and the detail that matters most on a cold morning: heated seats and heated grips straight from the factory. No accessory catalogue required.

The Road Glide Limited is the other new one, and it answers a request the sales floor has heard for years: fairing lowers on a Road Glide, with the wind protection that comes with them. Add new auxiliary lighting up front, where being seen by drivers matters, and a new wheel design for 2026.

Here’s an honest number from our own sales floor: the Road Glide outsells the Street Glide at our store. And yet, Stuart, who’s been selling both for years, still rides a Street Glide, because it does everything. Passenger, gear, handling, and that batwing fairing sitting close enough to give real wind protection. The only sensible advice is his: ride both fairings before you pick a side.

Underneath all of them: the Milwaukee-Eight VVT 117, Skyline OS infotainment you pair your phone to, and the liquid-cooled heads that dropped running temperatures across the touring line, a real game changer in summer traffic. CVO: The Top Shelf

New for 2026, the CVO Street Glide Limited is the ultimate expression of the two-up touring idea, the bike you cross Canada on. Beside it, the CVO Street Glide ST plays the sport card: carbon fibre fender, dash and seat tail cover, and a titanium exhaust with carbon tips. Same family, two very different arguments for spending the extra money.

Adventure: The Pan American Grows Up

The Pan America 1250 ST arrived in 2025 as the road-leading version of Harley’s adventure bike, on 17-inch wheels, the size most sport bikes wear.

The Pan America 1250 Limited is new for 2026, and it solves the adventure-bike ritual of spending your first month ordering accessories. It comes from the factory with aluminium side cases and top case, a bash plate underneath, and spot lamps up front. When the pavement ends and turns to dirt, you keep going, and now the bike arrives already dressed for it.

Who Should Be Looking at What

If you want your first Big Twin and the classic bobber look, start at the Street Bob. If your roads bend, the Low Rider S or ST. If the plan is miles, and especially miles with the company, the new Limiteds are the reason 2026 is a good year to be shopping. If you want the best of everything and the badge to match, that’s CVO. And if your map includes gravel, the Pan America Limited finally comes ready out of the crate.
