Legendary Harley-Davidson® V-Twin Powering the Pan America is the new liquid-cooled Revolution® Max engine. Its design is bold and contoured, classic and contemporary, strong and svelte – a representation of Harley-Davidson® performance and style.
Created to power a range of new Harley-Davidson® models, the Revolution Max is designed to offer flexible performance with a broad powerband that builds to a surge of high-RPM power. Liquid cooling maintains a controlled engine temperature for consistent performance in changing environmental and riding situations that are common with adventure touring and streetfighter riding. On Pan America, the new Revolution Max engine performance targets 1250cc displacement, more than 145 horsepower, and more than 90 ft. lbs. peak torque.
Tailored solutions for braking and performance - To optimize the performance of the Pan America, we’re collaborating with Brembo® and Michelin®.
For braking, together with Brembo® we’ve created a new radial monoblock four-piston caliper that combines sharp edges with softer curves designed to create a style that complements the personality of the bike and delivers outstanding braking feel and capability.
For the tires, we worked closely with Michelin® to develop co-branded tires for each motorcycle model that optimize performance, feel and grip in all conditions. A custom-designed Harley-Davidson/Michelin® Scorcher Adventure tire has been selected for the Pan America™ model.
These exhilarating new Pan America will launch in early 2021 extending our iconic brand to a new segment of riders and non-riders alike.

FUN FACT
The bike is named after the Pan-American Highway, a network of roads that runs along the Pacific coasts of North and South America. The Pan-American is the longest motorable road in the world and passs through jungles, mountains, and deserts.
