Our Updates re: COVID-19
Effective November 20, 2020 until further notice.
Following the new BC Government Province wide restrictions we will now be requiring masks to be worn at all times by both staff and customers. If you are not comfortable wearing a mask please feel free to call in your order and ask for curbside assistance or shipping. We thank you for your understanding and compliance during these unprecedented times. Hopefully these precautions will help us decrease the number of cases and allow us to get back to doing what we love sooner and safer.
Effective June 25, 2020, until further notice.
We have scaled back our Retail Entrance Coordinators to just Friday/Saturdays (our busiest days) but our staff will still be monitoring/maintaining a safe capacity in the store.
We will be limiting the amount of people in the store at a time to 20, and ask that if you have been travelling or show any symptoms of fever, cough or shortness of breath that you stay home and call us to do your shopping by phone, and have us arrange for delivery. We will be enforcing both of these initiatives.

March 20, 2020 - Updates regarding changes at our location
On top of all of the great ways we are endeavoring to keep our staff and customers safe we have also decided to limit our days open by closing on Sundays and Mondays until further notice.

March 17, 2020 - Public Statement from Trev Deeley Motorcycles re: COVID-19
We at Trev Deeley Motorcycles take public and staff safety very seriously. We are fully supportive of public health policy and are actively taking every precaution at our disposal. We will be meeting as a management team daily to make any necessary changes.
While no cases of COVID-19 have been reported at our location, our company is committed to a proactive approach. We want to do everything we can to maintain a healthy and responsible environment for all. If you have any questions or suggestions regarding our action plan, please contact anyone on our management team or hr@trevdeeley.com.
We have put many precautionary measures in place such as:
- Currently our store & service department remain open, regular hours,
- All events for our Dealership, Deeley Exhibition (museum), & Conference rooms have been cancelled for the entire months of March/April
- Our museum & conference space has been closed until further notice
- Our east/front reception/entrance will be closed until further notice
- Extra cleaning of all surfaces, door handles, restrooms, and tills are being done regularly
- Hand wash stations, wipes and sanitizer are on hand for both customer and staff use
- Customer popcorn, coffee stations & water coolers have been decommissioned
- Our existing safety & first aid committee are constantly monitoring our procedures, and disinfectant/cleaning inventory to keep us all safe
- All test rides must be taken with your own helmet & gloves
- We will be encouraging customers to use cards instead of cash for both their, and staff’s safety
- Hand wash stations, wipes and sanitizer are on hand for both customer and staff use.
- All staff travel has been cancelled, and our dealer principal will be self quarantining after his return from the cancelled Daytona 200 race.
