We take your right to privacy very seriously. Your personal information will never be sold or given to unauthorized third parties. We only use your information for purposes that you have consented to in advance. If you have any concerns please contact our Privacy Officer.

We have a firm commitment to safeguarding the privacy of our customers. Under legislation in British Columbia, "personal information" is defined as private information that can be used to publicly identify an individual. Information that is commonly used in public, for example the basic contents of business cards, such as an individual's name, work title, business address or business phone number, are not included in the definition.
Access to personal information
Our Privacy Officer will assist customers who wish to access their personal information. An access request should be made in writing to: Privacy Officer, Trev Deeley Motorcycles, 1875 Boundary Road, Vancouver, BC V5M 3Y7 or by email to: privacy@trevdeeley.com
In exceptional situations in accordance with the privacy legislation, we may not be able to grant access to certain personal information. Examples of where we may not grant access include, but are not limited to, the following:
- where provision may reveal personal information about another individual;
- where the information is subject to solicitor-client prvilege; or
- where the information was collected in relation to the investigation of a breach of an agreement or a contravention of a federal or provincial law.
If access cannot be granted, we will notify the individual making the request, in writing, of the reasons for the refusal.
Where access has been granted and where the information so provided is demonstrated to be inaccurate or incomplete, we will amend the information as indicated.
