Female Ride Day - May 2
Female Ride Day is an international celebration spotlighting female riders. One day dedicated to raising & promoting female motorcycle rider awareness while encouraging other women to ride.
What is needed?
On May 2nd, female riders are encouraged to JUST RIDE - ride to work, to school, to fitness class, to a country road, to anywhere. Encourage other females to do the same: just RIDE.
All women who come to Trev Deeley Motorcycles from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on May 2nd & show us their valid motorcycle license will receive a 15% savings on MotorClothes, Collectibles & Genuine Harley-Davidson Parts (on regular priced, in stock items). Sorry, does not include motorcycles. Go to the Motoress website (motoress.com) & print a $10 Harley-Davidson coupon for your shopping spree.
Win a $50 Gift Certificate on May 2nd: Women who arrive at Deeley's on a motorcycle (must be the rider, not a passenger) & show their valid motorcycle license, enter to win a free draw for a $50 Trev Deeley Motorcycles Gift Certificate.

Deeley Buell Kick off Ride - May22
Everyone is welcome to join the season opener Trev Deeley Buell Ride on Thursday, April 22. Ride leaves at 7 p.m. from the West parking lot of Trev Deeley Motorcycles for a ride to Fort Langley.
All brands of motorcycles are welcome!
Free to all, but we kindly ask riders to sign a waiver/release form.
Annual Show & Shine - May 24
On May 24th, enter your bike in the Annual Trev Deeley Motorcycles Show & Shine. Invite everyone to come & vote for their favorite motorcycle for the coveted People's Choice award from Noon to 3 p.m.
The Trev Deeley Show & Shine People's Choice winner will receive a $500 Trev Deeley Gift Certificate plus a trophy. First & Second place trophies for all other bike classes.
Free to register your motorcycle

Viewing & judging of bikes from Noon-3:00 p.m.

Show & Shine DYNO Run Special
Only $50 + tax for a Dyno Run to see what your bike is making for horsepower & torque. Includes a 1/2 hour Dyno Run & Performance Graph. Offer only valid on May 24, 2008 & bike must be mechanically sound.

Ride for Dad - May 31
Join Trev Deeley Motorcycles in fighting prostate cancer in 2008 for the first annual Westcoast Motorcycle Ride for Dad on Saturday, May 31.
Join hundreds of motorcyclists for a police escorted parade through the city followed by a poker run ending at Fraser Downs in Cloverdale for a celebration & BBQ.
Pre-registration at Trev Deeley Motorcycles, Friday, May 30th 6-9 PM or register on day of event from 7:00 AM to 8:45 AM.
Ride leaves at 9:00 AM sharp.

Motorcycle Safety Tips
May is Motorcycle Awareness month. Please practice road safety all year round.
Never assume that other road users see you. Always try to make eye contact with drivers who may be about to pull into your path. Don't rely on the judgement of other road users.
Always be cautious in intersections, especially if you see an oncoming driver signaling to turn left.
Avoid buying a used helmet. It may have been dropped and the damage may not be obvious.
Protect your eyes and face - constant wind can make your eyes water, which can prevent you from being able to see potential hazards.
Keep your eyes open for potential problems caused by road
surface conditions, including rain grooves, sand, gravel, fluid spills & highway sealant.
